OK, I have to admit I watch some of the shows on the Oprah Winfrey Network. This past week the show "Life Class" featured Pastor Joel Osteen and his powerful message "I am". The words that follow "I am" will follow you and manifest in your life. If you say "I am tired" you will become tired. Words have great power, choose wisely.
